MARKTEX is a manufacture

of high standard furniture, exclusively made in solid woods. Established in the eighties, Marktex has always pursued a philosophy merging contemporary design with tradition, aesthetic and quality. With this approach we created our different collections, which are at the same time contemporary and classic, and elaborated by our skilled workers, highly proud of their art.

COSE MOBILI. This collection was designed by Italian architects caught up in the creative whirlwind of the 1980s. It is continuously developed by our Architect studio. It reflected the sensitivity of the post-modern era and – for the first time in the manufacture of modern furniture – MARKTEX usedmarquetry as its inspiration in assembling the various essences of wood used in making pieces of furniture. The timelessness of this collection is expressed in its balanced forms, its dimensions and the combinations of noble wood essences. Over the years, COSE MOBILI has positioned among the classics of great collections.

MARKTEX SAE has always been open to the new conceptions of solid wood manufacturing. Besides the traditional finishing, and in order to participate to the protection of the environment, we have introduced a new finishing which contains no chemical elements.
With this catalogue, we introduce our new collection MARTA, which is manufactured in solid cherry wood. The clear lines of our design correspond to the contemporary demand for simplicity; the solid wood reflects everlasting beauty and warmth.

MARTA II
With MARTA II we continue to increase the decoration possibilities of our Modular System 8329. Smaller pieces complete this prerogative in the dining-and bedrooms proposals. The great respond we are having with our ecological finishing is being confirmed through the increasing demand for it, as its transparency enhances the beautiful vein of the solid cherry-wood.

GALIANA
SOLID ASH-TREE – This collection concentrates in a series of wall elements, thai offer a great variety of compositions.
The dimensional generosity of our tables invite to conviviality, and for individual choice, there are various patinas, i.e. Natural/walnut, White, Antique, PalisanderandWenge.

MARTEX FRANCE directed by Marelle Abecassis since 1973 has established its new offices at MAGADE and ensures the distribution of the brand. It is the link between the MAGADE Design Department, designer of hotel furniture, and the production units.
